All canines must be up-to-date on all vaccines, including bordetella, rabies, and DHPP. Official updated vaccination records must be provided upon check in. We have the right to refuse to accept a dog at check in for any reason including, without limitation, if it appears to us that the pet is sick, injured, in pain or that its behavior could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or our staff. If your pet has a medical condition or is on any medication please inform us during the reservation.
Please provide us one of contact person in Bali that can be contacted if we could not reach you. You agree to give the authority to the contact person to make any decisions, including anything related to the health of your dog and billing, for or on behalf of your and your pet. If there any emergency situation related to your dog, Bamboo Dog Hotel will try to contact the owner and the contact person in Bali. If these attempts are not success, we will contact our emergency veterinarian. If we see that the case related with your dog is very serious, we will take your dog the emergency vet before we contact you. You give your authorization to us to provide any kind of service at your expenses. If we are unable to reach you or your contact person in Bali, we will make healthcare decisions for your dog based on recommendations of veterinarian. In the unlikely but unfortunate case that your dog passes away under our care, Bamboo Dog Hotel will maintain the remains on our place for up to one week after the originally scheduled pick up date.
You acknowledge and agree to release, indemnify and hold Bamboo Dog Hotel and its employees harmless from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, cost or expenses, causes of actions or suits, whatsoever in law or equity (including without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to services provided by Bamboo Dog Hotel. If your dog injures another dog, you will be responsible for any injury to the other dog(s) as well as your own dog. You understand that it is possible for a dog to be sick even if vaccinated. You will accept all the risks and responsibility of all costs for any treatments. You agree to hold the owners and staff of Bamboo Dog Hotel from expenses occur for any treatment. If your dog destroys any property of Bamboo Dog Hotel during his/her stay with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for charges to replace it.
Payment for services: You agree to pay us for the services we provide to your dog during each visit at the rates set by Bamboo Dog Hotel. Charges begin on the day you leave your pet. Bamboo Dog Hotel have the right to request authorization letter of credit card and charge your credit card if there is no payment received during their stay or after the pets check out. Incase by anykind of reason you leave your pets at Bamboo Dog Hotel and unable to take them back, we do not have any responsibility to find adopter and you agree to pay all cost during their stay until you find adopter for your pets.
Please be advised your dog will playing with other dogs during boarding or daycare. Infectious diseases, minor injuries, dog bites, etc may occur even when properly vaccinated dogs interact with each other. Please let us know if you do not want your dog to play with the other dogs during daycare or boarding.
Incase you bring personal items with your dog, Bamboo Dog Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items or toys of your dog. We reserve the right to use photographs or video footage of your pet taken during their stay. These images may be used for marketing materials, either in print form or on the internet. This agreement will remain in effect for any current or future dogs you may bring to Bamboo Dog Hotel until the time it may be updated. We consider you have read and understand our term and condition when you decide to use our services even if you do not sign our agreement.
